On this course we will get acquainted with different natural materials, their traditional processing methods and applications, depending on the season and place. This basic course includes carving various kitchen utensils and other necessities from natural wood. The program can be customized according to customers wishes, for example by making birchbark pieces, sauna whisks or for example a knife.

How to prepare?

Participants will get a knife and other tools to be used during the course. You can also bring your own knife. The whole course is held outside, so prepare with warm clothing suitable for weather. Some rain gear etc. can be arranged if requested beforehand.
